Mukundapur Shiva Temple Kamarpukur — Kamarpukur Jayrambati

This temple is located southwest of Thakur’s birthplace. Upon the command received at Gopeshwar Temple, Gadadhar’s mother fasted and prayed to Shiva here to cure her son’s madness. She heard a divine voice saying, ‘Do not fear, your son is not mad; he is intoxicated with God.’ Since then, many people visit this temple to fulfill their wishes.
